• Support & how-to.Stuck compressing a file, or not sure which preset to pick? Tell us what you tried and we’ll help.
• Bug reports.If a PDF fails to compress, let us know your browser and operating system. We can’t see your file (it never leaves your device), so the more detail you give, the faster we can reproduce it.
• Privacy & data requests. Questions about how your data is handled, or want to exercise a data-protection right? See our Privacy Policy and email us — we respond to every request.
• Feedback & feature ideas. The next feature is usually shaped by what people ask for. If something would make QuietPDF more useful, we want to hear it.
• Business & press. Partnerships, coverage, or anything else — same address.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. QuietPDFis run by a small team alongside other work, so there’s no phone line or live chat — email is the channel, and we read all of it.

A note on your files

Please don’t email us your PDFs. QuietPDFcompresses files entirely in your browser and never receives them, and we’d rather keep it that way. To troubleshoot, a description of the problem is far more useful than the document itself.
